Tonga Pearls consist of completely new and unique limestone material which has been manufactured under strictly controlled conditions. Its composition and crystalline structure correspond to the natural coral sand. Due to its very white texture and appearance, Tonga Pearls lend themselves in an excellent way as a substrate in sea water aquariums.

Tonga Pearls are also optimal for invertebrates such as sea anemones, cylindrical roses, tubicoles and labus, because animals can burst easily. This substrate is also chewed by gobbles. Tonga Pearls correspond by their crystalline structure to the limestone skeleton of corals and thus constitute the base of a sea aquarium in perfect working order. Tonga Pearls are not a fossil material. They do not come from a rock slaughter or extracted from the sea, so they preserve natural resources and are devoid of impurities.
