NitraPhos Minus is a unique formula designed to biologically eliminate nitrates, nitrites, and phosphates from marine aquariums. This preparation triggers the metabolic and cell division processes of numerous bacterial species responsible for removing nutrients harmful to anthozoans. Thanks to a special composition of various forms of organic carbon, amino acids, and vitamins, all biochemical transformation processes occur optimally, and the bacteria readily absorb the chemical compounds and convert them into biomass. This bacterial biomass is then captured by the protein skimmer or filter, and can even become an energy source for the organisms living in the aquarium. NitraPhos Minus improves the overall health of corals, enhances their coloration, and promotes their growth by preventing the appearance of unwanted algae and the development of cyanobacteria.

Dosage:

Start the NitraPhos Minus dosage with half the recommended dose. The concentration of NO3 and PO4 should be monitored (once or twice a week), and the dose should be adjusted accordingly

NO3 greater than 10, PO4 greater than 0.2 ppm: 3 ml/100 L/day
NO3 2-10, PO4 0.1-0.2 ppm: 2-2.5 ml/100 L/day
NO3 less than 2, PO4 greater than 0.03 ppm: 1.5 ml/100 L/day
NO3 less than 2, PO4 less than 0.03 ppm: 1 ml/100 L/day
