ATI® Essentials SPS is a highly concentrated, two-part system for perfect growth, optimal metabolism, and pronounced, distinctive coloration in SPS-dominated reef aquariums. Based on our experience from tens of thousands of ICP lab analyses, the formula has been continuously optimized and refined over the years, providing you with a state-of-the-art, two-part system. Other features include:
- Provides all major elements: boron, bromine, calcium, fluorine, potassium, alkalinity, magnesium, sulfur, strontium
- Basic supply of the following essential trace elements without accumulation: cobalt, iron, iodine, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, selenium, vanadium, zinc
- The purely inorganic component of KH stabilizes the pH value at a higher level, which is particularly desirable for sensitive SPS corals
- The concentrations are adjusted so that equal amounts of both solutions can be administered
- Individually adapted to the needs of your aquarium to achieve a natural water composition and avoid ionic imbalance
- Ready to use and approximately 3.6 times more concentrated than a classic two-part Balling. No more tedious preparation required.
ATI® Essentials SPS consists of the following two individual components:
#1 KH Complex
- Contains 27,000°dKH per 2,700 ml (0.71 gallon) bottle (10,000°dKH/l)
- Contains the trace elements iron, iodine, selenium
- Contains the main elements fluorine and sulfur
- Stabilizes the pH value
#2 Calcium complex
- Contains 200,000 mg of calcium per 2,700 ml (0.71 gal) bottle (74,000 mg Ca/l)
- Contains the trace elements: cobalt, iron, lithium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, rubidium, vanadium, zinc
- Contains the main elements boron, bromine, potassium, magnesium, strontium
Dosage:
- Equal or very similar doses of both solutions
- Recommended dosage per solution: 5-10 ml per 100 L (26 gal) per day
- The dose should replace the daily intake of alkalinity and calcium
- You can determine daily consumption based on alkalinity and calcium regularly (e.g., via ATI® test kits or ATI® ICP laboratory analyses).
