Installing a chiller unit allows you to cool the fresh or salt water in your aquarium in a closed circuit.
The Blue Marine range of refrigeration units is equipped with a microprocessor that allows the desired temperature to be memorized. They feature a robust metal chassis and a plastic splash guard. Their high-quality condenser and double sound insulation make them quieter and more reliable than other products on the market.
The titanium heat exchanger and the presence of an evaporator prevent salt-related corrosion. Installation of the Blue Marine chiller unit is simple thanks to the ball-joint connectors (90° angle and 360° rotation).
The Blue Marine 200 operates with a variable flow water pump (pump not included). The recommended flow rate is 200 to 1000 l/h.
The higher the pump's water flow rate, the shorter the time the water circulates through the chiller, and the less cooled it will be at the outlet.
Conversely, the lower the water flow rate, the slower the water circulates through the chiller, resulting in colder water at the outlet.
