ShrimpKing Active Soil is composed of 100% natural raw materials. Made from various carefully selected natural soils, it provides the vital minerals and trace elements that promote the health and growth of shrimp.

ShrimpKing Active Soil has been specially developed for shrimp farming. It is particularly suitable for species that prefer soft, slightly acidic water, such as the popular bee shrimp, Crystal Red, Red Bee, tiger shrimp, and Shadow Shrimp.

It modifies the water in a targeted way to obtain soft water close to that of the natural environment of these species. As a natural ion exchanger, it lowers the pH and stabilizes it in the slightly acidic range (approx. pH 6.0-6.5). At the same time, it reduces carbonate hardness, depending on the quality of the original water, to approx. 0-2 °f KH – thus making the water significantly softer.

In addition, it serves as a natural source of valuable humic and fulvic acids, without coloring the water.
