Air diffuser Eheim

Aquariums with few plants, cold water and sea water basins or fish farming all require a good oxygen supply. Similarly, when a cover or lighting reduces the air space above the water surface, you must bring additional air, otherwise oxygen will be consumed too quickly.

The EHEIM diffuser supplied with "fresh" air from the outside which regularly enriches the oxygen level of the water.

This small device is mounted against the window at the end of the rejection hose in such a way that you have a obtuse angle of injection producing at the same time a good movement of the water. The diffuser air pipe is placed outside the aquarium. Using the pressure regulatory pliers, you can dose the quantity of the air sucked up according to your needs. The device thus mixes the air brought with the incoming water which is injected by the filter pressure below the water surface.
