Bacto reef balls contain very effective bacteria crops that control nutrient levels and help avoid the growth of unsightly algae in salt water aquariums. These results are obtained thanks to the use of a slow release support material over time.

The 'Bacto Reef Balls' are very easy to use. Just place the necessary quantity of Reef Balls in your filter and replace them every 2 weeks when the original sphere is dissolved. The stable polymer matrix with sea water allows bacteria to be added slowly to the aquarium. A regular supply of beneficial bacteria eliminates the need for daily administration and unwanted dosage peaks.

Dosage:

2 Reef balls / 100 liters / every 2 weeks directly in your filter. 

The balls are made from a biodegradable polymer. The reduction in size is normal.

Start with half of the recommended dose to assess the specific needs of your aquarium. Place BACTO Reef Balls in a high flow zone of your filter. We recommend that you place the spheres in a filtration sock. 

CONSERVATION :

Bacto Reef Balls contains living bacteria that live in their perfectly protected gel envelope. After opening, store the product in a dark and fresh place. Consume BACTO Reef Balls within 6-9 months of the opening.
