- REPLUSION MEMBRANE for the external CO2 diffuser JBL Proflora CO2 TAIFUN INLINE and its predecessor Proflora Direct
- Disconnect the filter, unscrew the diffuser, install the wet membrane, reverse the diffuser. Connect the filter.
- Special ceramics for a particularly successful distribution of CO2 and very small CO2 bubbles for great efficiency
- An annual replacement of the membrane is recommended, because its dissemination capacity is deteriorating over time.
- Contents: spare membrane for all sizes of the JBLRA CO2 Taifun inline (12/16.16/22.19/25), 2 seals included.
Optimal nutrition of plants
for aquarium plants, it is very important that there is the right CO2 rate in water. Carbon dioxide serves as a basic nutrient for plants and therefore promotes their full development. Plants use CO2 for photosynthesis and thus provide water with the essential oxygen. They eliminate harmful substances, prevent algae growth, offer animals possibilities for hiding places and reduce pathogenic germs.
Effective enrichment of CO2 aquarium water
The diffuser contains a special membrane through which CO2 is diffused in aquarium water that the external filter represses in the aquarium. The very thin CO2 bubbles spread very well in water and save around 20 % CO2 compared to other CO2 diffusers.
Replacement of the membrane
Deposits from aquarium water decrease the effectiveness of the membrane over time. It is therefore recommended to replace it once a year.
