Plant Nutrition:
Plants provide the aquarium with oxygen, which is vital for its inhabitants. They prevent algae growth and eliminate harmful substances. The JBL fertilization system delivers CO2, the plants' primary nutrient, to the water. The plants absorb it and, with the help of light, convert it into sugars and oxygen through photosynthesis.

Easy installation:
Screw the regulator onto the CO2 cylinder (also compatible with disposable cylinders/JBL U-System by unscrewing the connecting nut) and connect it via the tubing to the bubble counter (with check valve), then to the reactor in the aquarium. The CO2 then enters the aquarium and dissolves in the water using the reactor. The solenoid valve is controlled by the CO2 controller and only adds CO2 when the pH is too high (pH depends on CO2). This ensures the ideal amount of CO2 is always present in the water.
