AEFW X: the solution against Acropora-eating flatworms

AEFW X acts specifically against Acropora flatworms (AEFW and NAEFW). The product's special composition blocks larval development, preventing metamorphosis into reproductive adults. Adults of these species also cease reproducing and growing.

AEFW X is effective against:

Prosthiostomum acroporae (Flatworm-eating Acropora)

New AEFW flatworm ("NAEFW")

AEFW X is used inside the tank and is safe for reefs. Other tank inhabitants will not be affected.
We recommend a treatment period of at least 4 to 6 weeks to ensure that all existing tapeworms are eradicated. If necessary, this treatment can be continued indefinitely. Please read the AEFW HTU before using AEFW X and follow the application instructions and guidelines! Typically, infested tanks are free of these tapeworms after 4 to 6 weeks. The acroporids are visibly in better condition, with improved mucus secretion and a strengthened immune system. This significantly reduces susceptibility to new infections.

Suitable for:

SPS Corals Acropora sp.

Ingredients :

Water, capsaicin extract <2%.

Dosage:

Acute infection: 4 ml/100 liters (26 US gal)/day for 4 to 6 weeks

Prevention: 2 ml/100 liters (26 US gal)/day

Once a day, always dose directly into the aquarium.
Turn off the UV system.

The skimmer, activated carbon, ozone, and adsorbers can be operational

Do not change the light settings.

Do not change the usual water change schedule

Do not administer other treatments at the same time as AEFW X

Dosage instructions:

Use dosing pumps for administration. Dosage should be administered once a day!

You can dose at any time of day.

If you are dosing by hand, use a syringe and our DIY Doser to avoid product contamination.

Calculate the exact amount of water.

Do not overdose.
