BIOPTIM is a natural product that acts on cellular bio-activators. It boosts the cellular metabolism of most bacteria present in a freshwater or saltwater aquarium and strengthens biological reactions by increasing the number of bacteria, thus optimizing water quality. BIOPTIM rapidly accelerates the digestion of organic matter, reduces the Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), and therefore improves the Redox potential. It also facilitates the elimination of nitrates and phosphates, precursors to algae problems, as well as carbohydrates, and therefore allows the regulation of decomposition odors and the optimization of water quality.
