Versatile internal filter with UV-C system for aquariums up to 400 l

The IF 400 UV internal filter is a new type of filter, extremely flexible, with a surface outlet and/or side inlet, for freshwater and saltwater aquariums. It features an integrated and adjustable FP 750 filtration pump as well as a UV-C unit that reduces germs, parasites, and algae.

The six baskets inside the filter allow for easy installation and quick replacement of the filter media and can be removed from the top thanks to the removable retaining plates. The water, which has undergone both biological purification and UV-C irradiation, is returned to the aquarium through a flexible distributor. The flat nozzles improve circulation within the aquarium.

Depending on the requirements, the IF 400 UV filter can also be used with 4, 2, or even no baskets. In the latter case, water flows through the filter across its entire surface, and fine particles are trapped by the filter media, such as filter wool, thanks to the enlarged inlet.

Thanks to its numerous adaptability options, the IF 400 UV filter is extremely flexible and also well-suited for professional use in quarantine settings, where filter media is frequently changed without compromising germ and parasite reduction. The filter can be mounted in the aquarium without taking up much space and offers particularly easy access. Depending on the aquarium's population and the amount of filter media used, the IF 400 UV filter's capacity is sufficient for aquariums up to 400 liters.
