Cryptocoryne Parva is the smallest of Sri Lanka cryptocorynes.
It extends 3 to 6 cm in height and each rosette is 5 to 8 cm wide. One of the rare species whose leaves do not change shape and color depending on cultivation conditions. Requires more light than most other cryptocorynes because it can almost completely lose the limb in the submerged situation. Should therefore not be installed in the shade of other plants. It is known for its slow growth, but some nutrition capsules in the soil will considerably remedy it. The subjects planted with a spacing of a few centimeters form a homogeneous set after half a year.
