'Reni' is a well-known cultivar, distinguished by being among the lowest-growing red Echinodorus. It can reach 15 to 40 cm in height and 15 to 25 cm in width. New leaves range from saffron red to beetroot red. Undemanding and suitable for small aquariums, the plant requires light and a good fertilizer for optimal color development.
