This rotala sp. 'Green' Asian is very similar to the rotala rotundifolia. The stems can reach 40 to 50 cm long by 2-3 cm wide.
Unlike this, the Rotala sp. 'Green' does not develop reddish leaves, but keeps its fresh green colors even under a very favorable light. This plant readily produces a multitude of side shoots which give a nicely bushy and sometimes a little falling development. This plant must be cut harshly and regularly for optimal growth.
