Rotala 'h'ra' leaves are very narrow and its growth is falling or spread. It is probably a variant of Rotala Rotundifolia recalling Rotala Sp. 'Green'.

If it is offered intense lighting, good fertilization and CO2, growth will be almost exclusively creeping and its intensely orange color. Thus, you can get a nice orange cushion in the intermediate plane of the aquarium, or even a surprising orange carpet in the foreground.
