Phos-Out 4 Granulate removes phosphates, silicates, sulfides and tannic substances quickly, safely and permanently from water and produces a lasting improvement in water quality.
Phos-Out 4 Granulate particularly reduces phosphate levels in a way that is harmless to your animals and does not alter the pH value.
Phos-Out 4 Granulate promotes natural coral growth in cases of phosphate problems and effectively prevents unwanted algae growth in a short time.
Phos-Out 4 Granulate is a product based on iron hydroxide.
Phos-Out 4 removes approximately:
Phosphate PO4 49–70 g/kg,
Silicate SiO2 10–12 g/kg,
Heavy metals (e.g., copper) 8–10 g/kg
Tips:
• Start with the recommended amount of Phos-Out 4 Granulate and increase it if phosphate levels remain high.
• Before application, rinse Phos-Out 4 Granulate thoroughly under running water to remove dust.
• The ideal phosphate level in saltwater aquariums should be between 0.02 and 0.05 mg.
• We recommend using Phos-Out 4 Granulate in a fluidized bed filter or filter sleeve in a high-flow area, such as external or internal filters
. During this application, Phos-Out 4 Granulate should be removed from the aquarium cycle until the water is clear again.
• Used Phos-Out 4 Granulate can be used as plant fertilizer or disposed of with household waste.
