ESHA ALX is a drug for freshwater fish affected by parasitic crustaceans species (maxillipoda) such as argulus (pou from fish), lernaea (verna anchor), ergasilus (to gills)), salmincola (copépod). Parasitic crustaceans attach to or in the skin of the fish, but also on its branchies. They can often be observed with the naked eye.
