The heating mat provides an evenly heated area. To prevent contact between the animals and the heating mat, the mat should be placed outside the terrarium. To achieve a thermal gradient, the heating area should cover approximately one-third of the surface.
Do not cut, damage, or soak the mat; it is strongly recommended to use a thermostat to regulate the heat.
The heating mat will automatically shut off at a temperature of 50 degrees Celsius to prevent serious harm to the animals.
