HabiStat Coir Block is a compressed coconut coir substrate block for wetland species. 100% natural, organic, and sustainably sourced. Biodegradable, non-toxic, and non-abrasive. It soaks quickly and retains water without running. Instructions: Place the block in a container or bucket and add 3 liters of lukewarm water. Top up with more water if needed. Let it sit for 1 hour to allow it to fully expand. pH 5.4-6.8
