- Regulates the contribution of CO2 for a perfect growth of plants in the aquarium and an ideal pH for aquarium fish.
- Connect the temperature probe, transformer and pH electrode (not supplied), connect to the solenoid valve, enter the desired pH or use the automatic program.
- The touch screen allows an easy command through the menu. For automatic adjustment of CO2 supply, measure and enter carbonate hardness (KH).
- The program calculates the ideal pH from KH and PH in presence and adds CO2 until the ideal pH is reached. It also displays the water temperature.
- Contents: CO2 controller with touch screen, wall fixing, supply block, temperature probe + suction cup, connection cable with solenoid valve, purifying holder for calibration liquids.
Healthy fish thanks to an optimal pH
The acid content determines the pH of the water. To keep fish and plants in good health, this pH must be constantly controlled and adapted to the conditions present.
Technical information
with temperature probe, modern tactile screen, probe control at each calibration, error diagnosis in case of failure, permanent display: current pH/instructions, voltage of probe, temperature, calibration recall in J/h, solenoid valve, measurement accuracy, settling of instructions: free or automatic selection by Auto pH, automatic temperature compensation to measurement and (upper deviation or lower than the trigger point), locking by password, pH alarm (sector alarm), temperature alarm (sector and target alarm), eligible valve state, choice of language: D/EN/F/NL/I/DK/E/P, RAZ function, universal power supply suitable for all current network voltages in the world.
Why a pH controller: To automate the supply of CO2, you can, instead of using a timer for the night cut, connect a CO2/PH controller (JBL Proflora Ph-Control Touch). You must enter once the carbonate hardness (KH) of aquarium water and the computer then calculates the appropriate pH, which will be adjusted by the addition of CO2. Then the computer controls the solenoid valve and adds as much CO2 as necessary until the calculated or desired pH is reached. The solenoid valve is then closed and reopened so that the adjusted pH remains stable. The measurement of the pH of the water is carried out via a pH electrode which is not provided in the kit and which must be purchased separately. You are thus guaranteed not to obtain an expired electrode in the kit, but to always have a outgoing from the factory! Instead of an automatic system, it is also possible to enter a pH manually, regardless of the KH.
