Cuprisorb ™ is a specific chélation resin of powerful copper.
Why is
the competing products different different from product, but simply cation of exchange resins. These resins can remove copper from fresh water, but are ineffective in salt water.
Instructions
Use 500 ml for each 1,250 l (330 gallons *) to be removed up to 15,000 mg (12 mg / l) of copper. For best results, Cuprisorb ™ should be placed to maximize the water flow through it. To delete undetectable copper to be leachain to keep cuprisorb ™ in service for at least 2 weeks after copper tests do not bring copper. Use a cartridge filter, chemical filtration module, box filter, or any high flow zone of a runoff. Exhaustion is indicated by a pronounced discoloration of pearls with a deep black color. Use Multient® Copper to monitor copper. When exhausted, Cuprisorb ™ can be put back or regenerate.
Regeneration: Soak in a non -metallic container with 2 cups of water and 1/2 cup of hydrochloric acid (available with swimming pool supplies: pay attention to warnings on an acid tank). This is done outside and far from children. Let soak for 1 hour, rinse well. Repeat if necessary to restore the original color. Rinse well, add the sodium bicarbonate to the foam stop, and rinse again. Cuprisorb ™ is now ready to be reused. If the original color cannot be restored after several acid lavages, carry out rinsing and bicarbonate step, then regenerate like Hypersorb ™ or Purigen®.
