Sometimes the plants surprise while suddenly deviating from their normal mode of growth. This is called a mutation, and Lobelia Cardinalis 'Mini' is a good example. Lobelia Cardinalis 'Mini' is therefore from the general production of Lobelia Cardinalis. It is characterized by its beautiful light green leaves, closer than on the original lobelia, then it is as much smaller, hence the addition of "mini" in the name of the plant.
The growth is low and dense, because the plant is readily branched, even without cutting. In addition, the 'mini' version rarely shapes the long vertical shoots that differently characterize Lobelia Cardinalis.
It spreads easily by planting the shoots cut in the bottom layer. Lobelia Cardinalis 'Mini' becomes more compact in good lighting and CO2 conditions added, but also prosperous.
