Taiwan 'foam is an extremely easy plant that will be well in almost all kinds of aquarium. It grows under weak light, but does not appreciate a very high temperature. Good lighting and the addition of CO2 reinforce its growth considerably.

The shape of growth is very similar to the foam 'Weeeping', but the Taxiphyllum 'Taiwan' will be more flattened and branches more. Its appearance will appear denser and lush if it is attached to rocks or vertical roots. It can advantageously be used to hide the aquarium installations.

Its exact identity remains to be established, but it could be from the Isopterygium family.
