The MultiLux LED lighting system of the Rio LED does not hinder aquarium maintenance or any intervention in the aquarium, even with the lighting on. The lighting unit is ultrasonically welded and 100% waterproof, meeting high European safety standards.

The Rio 290 LED aquarium is equipped with a powerful filter for optimal filtration: the Bioflow L, featuring five high-performance filter media and a powerful, quiet, and economical Eccoflow 1000 circulation pump consuming only 8W.

Maintain the water in your Rio 290 LED aquarium at the right temperature with the JUWEL AquaHeat Pro 300 W regulator heater. For aesthetic reasons, the heater is invisible in the aquarium, as it is integrated into the filter housing.

Thanks to the use of high-quality silver contacts and shock-resistant borosilicate glass, the JUWEL regulator heater meets the most demanding expectations in terms of operation and safety. Naturally, it has a TÜV/GS certificate.
