Starting a new aquarium

Without the addition of Bactocool, it takes 30 to 45 days for toxic waste, ammonia, and nitrites to be converted into harmless nitrates. A lethal amount of ammonia and nitrites can concentrate during this long startup period. The use of Bactocool allows a biological balance to be achieved in a very short time (a few days), allowing the immediate introduction of fish.

Existing aquarium

A disruption of the necessary biological balance can recur when cleaning the filter, when adding fish, or after medical treatment. Avoid sudden fish mortality due to ammonia and nitrites by using Bactocool.

How to use Bactocool?

Shake well before use.
One 100 ml bottle can treat aquariums up to 250 liters in capacity.
It is preferable to pour Bactocool into the filter if there is one.
Applying too high a dose may result in temporarily cloudy aquarium water.
This phenomenon is perfectly normal and disappears after 1 to 2 days.

Storage

Since Bactocool contains live bacteria, it is recommended to store the product in the refrigerator (4 °C).

The product can still be used safely after the recommended expiration date, but its effectiveness will be reduced.
