Carb L is an activated carbon specifically designed for permanent and long-term use.

Extremely pure, steam-activated, and pre-cleaned, Carb L is effective at removing yellow discoloration from water, turbidity, and toxins, and is essential for maintaining good water quality in any aquarium. Carb L is phosphate-free and has a very high absorption capacity. Carb L is designed for continuous and long-term use, but it is advisable to change it every 30 days. Suitable for both saltwater and freshwater, it purifies water without any negative effects.

Continuous treatments in the aquarium with Carb L play a fundamental role in Fauna Marin's Zeo-Light system. Carb L is essential for maintaining sensitive SPS and LPS corals and is therefore used continuously. Activated carbon treatment provides crystal-clear water.

Dosage:

1L (500g) per 1000L if used in a fluidized bed filter.

2L (1kg) per 1000L if used in a filter sock.

Frequency of change:

Replace Carb L activated carbon after 4 weeks of use. Please ensure that the carbon and zeolite are replaced alternately.

Preparation:

Soak the activated carbon in boiling RO water and let it sit for 24 hours in the same water.
