  • Ready-to-connect CO2 fertilization kit with solenoid valve for nighttime shut-off, for optimal supply to all freshwater aquarium plants from 40 to 600 l, thus preventing algae.
  • Easy to install: screw the pressure reducer with mounted solenoid valve onto the bottle, connect the hose to the bubble counter/non-return valve and to the reactor. Plug the solenoid valve into the timer (not included), set the number of bubbles – done.
  • TÜV-approved refillable bottle. No hose slippage thanks to screw-on hose connectors, non-return valve preventing water penetration into the bottle. Pressure gauges display bottle pressure and working pressure.
  • The correct CO2 concentration in the aquarium water is monitored on the display of the supplied CO2/pH Permanent test and can be readjusted if necessary.

  • Aquarium plant food
    Plants provide the aquarium with oxygen, which is vital for its inhabitants, they prevent the appearance of algae and eliminate problematic substances. The JBL fertilization system supplies plants with CO2, their main nutrient, via the water. Plants absorb it and, with the help of light, convert it into sugar and oxygen during photosynthesis.

    Easy installation
    The system is completely ready to connect. Screw the pressure reducer onto the CO2 bottle and connect it via the hose to the bubble counter (including non-return valve), then to the reactor in the aquarium. The CO2 thus enters the aquarium and dissolves in the water with the help of the reactor. The CO2 supply can be interrupted at night by the solenoid valve mounted in between (night shut-off). The CO2/pH permanent test continuously displays the amount of CO2 dissolved in the water and can be readjusted if necessary.

    Safety
    The bottle has undergone a technical inspection (TÜV). Thanks to the non-return valve, water cannot penetrate the bottle. The autonomy of a CO₂ system depends on several factors. The essential elements are carbonate hardness, the quantity and type of plants, and the intensity of water movement at the surface. A 500 g bottle that is not interrupted at night by a solenoid valve lasts approximately 4 months with the basic adjustment. Multi-use bottles can be refilled at specialized retailers.

    Conversion of disposable bottles to refillable bottles and vice-versa: all JBL CO2 bottle systems are compatible with each other. In the refillable system (System M), simply unscrew the union nut of the pressure reducer with an Allen key. The pressure reducer is then adapted to the U system (disposable bottles).
