Giganterra UVB Lamp 20 Watt 10.0

UVB lamps allow reptiles to synthesize vitamin D3, which is essential for calcium metabolism.

5.0 is suitable for tropical species and 10.0 is suitable for desert species.

UVB radiation is filtered through glass, so it is important to place the lamp judiciously. The wattage helps determine the range of the lamp.

Even if the bulbs are low-wattage, it is recommended to place them in an E27 ceramic socket.

With regular use of 10 to 12 hours a day, it is recommended to replace the lamp every 6 months.
