Asian Flame moss gets its name from its shape. Undulating, dense, vertically growing shoots give the impression of a dark green campfire 5-15 cm high. The particular shape makes Flame moss very suitable for horizontal surfaces; moreover, this moss spreads horizontally very slowly. A beautiful result is obtained by attaching the moss to small stones or by spreading it in small clumps on driftwood roots.
